Masala Maggi with a Twist – The Ultimate 5-Minute Snack

Let’s be honest – we all love Maggi! It’s quick, comforting, and has been our savior during hungry hostel nights, lazy Sundays, and even heartbreaks. But today, we’re giving our beloved Maggi a spicy, flavorful twist that takes just 5 extra minutes and tastes like heaven!
🌶️ Ingredients You’ll Need:
- 1 packet Maggi noodles
- 1.5 cups water
- 1 tbsp oil or butter
- 1/4 chopped onion
- 1/4 chopped tomato
- 1 chopped green chilli (optional)
- 1/4 cup boiled corn or green peas
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- Chopped coriander for garnish
- Cheese (optional, for that creamy twist!)
👨🍳 How to Make It:
- Heat oil or butter in a pan. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden.
- Add tomatoes and green chillies. Cook for 1–2 minutes until soft.
- Now add the corn or peas. Stir everything together.
- Sprinkle red chilli powder and garam masala. Mix well.
- Add 1.5 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
- Add the Maggi noodles and tastemaker masala from the packet.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes while stirring. If you want cheesy Maggi, add grated cheese at this stage and mix well!
- Turn off the flame, garnish with fresh coriander, and serve hot.
