Masala Maggi with a Twist – The Ultimate 5-Minute Snack

Let’s be honest – we all love Maggi! It’s quick, comforting, and has been our savior during hungry hostel nights, lazy Sundays, and even heartbreaks. But today, we’re giving our beloved Maggi a spicy, flavorful twist that takes just 5 extra minutes and tastes like heaven!

🌶️ Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • 1 packet Maggi noodles
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 1 tbsp oil or butter
  • 1/4 chopped onion
  • 1/4 chopped tomato
  • 1 chopped green chilli (optional)
  • 1/4 cup boiled corn or green peas
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • Chopped coriander for garnish
  • Cheese (optional, for that creamy twist!)

👨‍🍳 How to Make It:

  1. Heat oil or butter in a pan. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden.
  2. Add tomatoes and green chillies. Cook for 1–2 minutes until soft.
  3. Now add the corn or peas. Stir everything together.
  4. Sprinkle red chilli powder and garam masala. Mix well.
  5. Add 1.5 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
  6. Add the Maggi noodles and tastemaker masala from the packet.
  7. Cook for 2-3 minutes while stirring. If you want cheesy Maggi, add grated cheese at this stage and mix well!
  8. Turn off the flame, garnish with fresh coriander, and serve hot.
